weyes Posted June 15 Report Share Posted June 15 if one has issues with a company or service provider of any sort and needs to call customer service to fix a problem or complain, one shouldn't get angry with the person on the other end of the telephone. it isn't the fault of the people in the customer service department that things aren't going right and it isn't fair to direct one's anger towards them.tune in tomorrow.
