So my mother , me + a cousion were sitting in our car on the HH Pkwy southbound and about 9 cops starts running in our direction and they started taking their guns out .... About 4 cars behind us ...2 guys had their hands out the window ... Their car got swarmed by 12 officers...and more came running I wonder who they were ... they don't just shut down a major highway for nobody ... I wonder what they did ..
