Hmmm....I'm surprised at the apparent lack of interest in this event on this posting area. Maybe the CP crowd is unaware of this talent:

JOPLIN is quickly becoming one of LA's top Diva House DJs. Her take no prisoners Funky House style has earned her a meteoric rise in the DJ ranks, very recently landing her a spot on the KROQ afterhours Power Mix.

JOSE MARQUEZ is, next to Marques Wyatt's Deep, the prime provider of deep soulful uplifting house. His afterhours Friday club BELIEVE has everyone in Los Angeles talkin'...and Believin!!

So instead of lamenting the state of House Music in Los Angeles, why don't y'all come out and support these two young aspiring DJs, who still mix on decks instead of the crap Sasha is doing right now (sorry, but hey let's face the facts...those big name DJs are not doing squat that's interesting right now)....
