ou812
Yes, there is such a thing as drinking too much water.Do a google search on overhydration or water intoxication (hyponatremia)Excessive water in your blood can throw off the sodium balance in your cells and cause them to lyse. elitesnautica
The short answer is, Yes.But, the probability is very low. The few cases I have heard of, the individual was not only drinking lots of water but also holding in their urine. The body has an amazing ability to maintain homestasis. However, a big concern with giving IV's is that it is osmotically in balance with body fluids. If it is hypertonic it can dehydrate the cell, if it is hypotonic the cell will take in too much water and burst. This would be the same result as drinking too much water.Nautica

Guest brwneydtrouble
Another thing to consider is the fact that most vitamins and minerals are water soluble and drinking too much water can flush them out of your system causing a vitamin deficiency. miamimonk
Yes, you can drink to much water: http://thedea.org/hyponatremia.html
elitesnautica
You are actually dealing with a different animal when you add MDMA into the mix. It shuts down the bodies ability to maintain homeostasis, so it drastically increase the chances of hyponatremia. But, like I said before, in a normal situation the probability is extremely low.Nautica
