But Joey is even more noted for producing Boogie Down Productions Edutainment album with rapper KRS-1. Also a founding member of the world famous DJ team, SuperJane, Lady D has traveled the world spreading the gospel of house. Her amazing record selection and surgeon-like skills behind the decks make her a crowd favorite, and one of the most sought after DJ's in the business. Joining forces with vocalist Charlette "Truffle" Wortham, 8 fatfat8 was born. 8fatfat8 further developed it's sound during a noted residency at Mad Bar and at various House clubs around Chicago (Le Passage, Slick's Lounge, Karma, Red no. Five, Smart Bar, Funky Buddha, Metro, and Zentra) and has earned the respect of the Chicago house community.
