weyes
if a co-worker is consistently slacking off and not doing his/her share, leaving you with more work than you can handle, it's perfectly justified to have a conversation with him/her about it. sometimes the person might not even realize that s/he was doing it, and will start doing his/her part.tune in tomorrow. weyes
i think one should talk to the slacker first. if nothing changes and it really is unbearable, warn the person that squealing may have to be involved ...i'll tell ya, everyone at my work has had ENOUGH with this one guy . we've all spoken to him, and the boss already knows he slacks, just hasn't seen what he does when the boss isn't around. we're all about ready to tell the boss EXACTLY what goes down when he's not there .
