pk1
Viva Las Vegas. I'll be heading out there the same weekend. Can't fucking wait. I heard Ice and Ra are the places to check out and you definately can't forget the pool party at Hard Rock on Sunday.
taurusbt
Right now there are son many hot spots, its hard to break it down to one. RA, ICE, are hot. Tangerine, and Body English are also the truth. Vegas is poppin right now!
bellag
Just got back from a 4-night trip to Vegas with 4 girl other ladies. The decision on where to go was based on the music selection (the preference being hip hop), but we learned that regardless of what they tell you on the phone or even at the front door, it is not necessarily the truth. Anyway, Ra (in the Luxor) is not worth waiting in line for and Light (in the Bellagio) is just over-rated. Everyone was talking about it as if it was the "place to be" and the crowd was obnoxious, spilling drinks all over the dance floor. We got there close to midnight and instead of a line, people were standing around the door men waiting to be chosen. It turns out that on that particular night, even the guys with VIP/table reservations, were not allowed to go in without ladies. So, my group not only went right in and avoided the line, but the cover charge, too!! After the escalator ride upstairs, it was clear as to why they would follow such a rule; the ratio of guys to girls was like 12:1. Too bad the crowd was fugly!!! Curve was a nice, small spot and probably my favorite. If you want to hear some old hip hop songs, the DJ kept them coming on Friday night.OPM (in Caesars) was the only place we found that played reggae, hip hop and reggaeton on their new Sunday night party. It was good because of the music, but the set-up is a little akward. 2 rooms with 2 small dancefloors and 2 bars equals feeling the sweat off the back of the person next to you and waiting a long time for drinks.Unfortunately, we didn't make it to Ice, but heard good things.Sorry to go on and on, but just putting some feedback out there. pk1
Thanks for the review, this is good to know. Seems like Light is more of a hassle than anything, I will be checking out Body English instead.
BillLe
Cuuuuuuurve.......I love that spot. I swear it's the most underrated club here in Vegas. I hope Planet Hollywodd puts more money into it and elevates it to where it should be. Duane (spikey hair dj) kicks ass when he plays house or hip-hop.
