Increased Appetite

So I've been going to the gym pretty hardcore the past 6 months or so...but the past two or three weeks I've noticed my appetite has nearly doubled.

I'm eating well, just a lot more.

I realize this is normal, as metabolism speeds up and muscles crave the nourishment...but do any of you have experience with this? Any advice on eating habits so that I don't damper my efforts?

Sorry if there's already been discussion on all this before.

i def see my appetite go through the roof when im lifting heavy and not cutting. i think once your body gets used to more food it kinda just stays that way. when im cutting and i have a bigger than usual meal i can feel it right away, i feel like my stomach is about to burst. but when im just eating normally and lifting hard i eat a lot more in general and can down much bigger portions in one sitting. as long as you're working hard and still within reasonable caloric intake go for it.
