Q: Do you give refunds?

A: You will receive an automatic refund for the face value of the ticket if the event is canceled. If an event is postponed you may request a refund for the face value of the ticket. To request a refund you must forward your original e-mail receipt to refunds@groovetickets.com, be sure to add the word refund in the subject line. Refund request must be made within five days of the of the original date for the event. Unless the event is canceled or postponed there are no refunds.

The first news is that Paul van Dyk has been forced to postpone his performance at Club Space tonight due to all flights from Europe being cancelled and hurricane Frances. Paul's primary concern is the safety and well-being of his fans and his only wish is that all Floridians will escape the storm unharmed. We will immediately work on rescheduling Paul's performance to the earliest possible date.

Those of you who purchased tickets can either use your ticket for the rescheduled date or contact GrooveTickets.com to get a refund.
