danswat79
I think April 2005 and it is supposed to be the nicest place out here. I hear its going to blow the Bellagio out of the water
pk1
I'm afraid to ask how much it will be to stay at this place.
BillLe
I believe Steve Wynn has it slated to open April 28th, his wife's birthday. Rumored to have 4 nightlife spots. I talked to a couple construction workers who were workign ont he actual tower and they had no idea on what they had in store for the are in front and behind the tower. Here is a link to see some pics of the cinstruction http://www.ratevegas.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/VMGEngine.woa/wa/photoGalleryPage?galleryName=Wynn+Las+Vegas+Construction+GalleryBelow is a pic of the back crane getting hit by lighting. jamieone
All I have really heard is that it is supposed to encompass all the things Steve Wynn wanted to do with the Bellagio and didn't get too. I turned down a job as a technical diver there for the water show they are planning. They are planning to have Las Vegas' first Mazerati/ferrari dealership. (I know I probably sp those wrong). That should tell you how high end they plan on going with this.
BillLe
I hope they make it a 21 an up property. I know this is going to piss some folks off, but I think it will be best if there are no kids running around this spot.
pk1
I agree but at the same time I hope it doesn't cater to just couples like the Bellagio. Wynn owns that as well, correct?
BillLe
Wynn owned and built it, but sold it to the MGM Corp.
