SO many peeps from this board and that board an all boards were their. Nice dancing with everyone even for abit. I think i dance in almost every spot of that dacnefloor. Musically i couldnt ask for a better night les were good i think and chus and ceballos just raised it to anotehr level. Once merrit came on at 5am i said f this and went to my job. Lemme see earlier in the night i had a glowstick INCIDENT that MSCREW hasnt stopp talkin to me about it lol. But thats what i usually do with glowsticks hehe. I like the way it looked tonite all white. I was there a few weeks ago and it was all black. Didnt leavre the mainfloor once except to pee. I think everyone that was there had on smiles which means it was all owrth it. Last song i dance was "sandcastles" i forget the artist now. Now i ant wait for dt on the 29th.And in nov dj vibe will be there. GODS KITCHEN is doin some great things with talent. binarycool Posted October 9 Report Share Posted October 9 glad to hear u guys had fun gabe .. obviously i didn't make it. i was so upset. talk about a day from hell: cell phone got shut off, was supposed to pick up my car being repaired but it wasnt ready so i had no ride, then all my 4 of my friends who were coming with me cancelled out on me one by one. so i stayed home and watched the new york minute with the olson twins. what a great friday. Im glad they moved it to friday night.FRiday nights you got avalon,crobar,sprirt and wass up with sf friday nights or sat and Roxy friday night.THey nedd to throw parties at club deep friday and sat since cheetah shut down. argdiesel Posted October 9 Report Share Posted October 9 good night over all i wasnt really impressed by les at first but they threw in some good joints here and there.when Chus and ceballos came on everyone took their asses to the dance floor it was good after that.all my cp peeps were ripping the floor just about averyone i knew there was dancing.really good night chus and ceballos made me move especially when the Dropped "Low frequencies." insane track selection. oh and gabe good shit with the glow sticks .... mscrew Posted October 10 Report Share Posted October 10 got to ikon round 1030 to try to get in for free before 1100 and i see a line almost a block long...and it looked like it was a line for teen night...i guess its because they moved it to friday night...now they got alotof youngins tryin to get in...and that line didnt move till half an hour later(what is the purpose of offering free entrance and holding the line till the list closes...Shadyness)..and an asswipe bouncer tried to kick me out of the line..but 20 peeps that i didnt know stuck up for me...thanks when i finally got in..i saw the newly renovated mainroom..all in white(for some reason i liked it better black)....and then the horror(i saw ktu banners..and realized ktu was airing live from there)..the crowd was weak...peeps that look like they just started clubbin. LES was playin and they dropped this track i like... lyrics goes(i can be your cure)..i love that track..for some reason i felt like they were inconsistent...i loved there set at cielo with steve porter... but i wasnt feelin them at crobar and last night at ikon.... finally chus and ceballos got on around 2:00...at the beginning they started off with some breaky tribal house and then iberican boys released that driving force of bangin tribal beats after beat... i couldnt stop dancing...and was hurtin like a mofo...that was my first time seeing them live and they didn't dissapoint...just sad that there wasnt a good turn out...but the people that was there looked liked they was enjoying it...overall i enjoyed hearing the iberican boys live for the very1st time...i left around 4:00ish good seeing KimGabeBrandonArgDrewi didnt enjoy this party as much as i did the last God's kitchen party i went to..which was for carter and farina...taht was a good night.. this one was lacking a vibe.
