whats your protien powder of choice ?

I alternate during the day. For example:

Morning--Lean Dessert(Banana Bread or Cinnamon Roll)

Mid-Morning--Muscle Milk

Afternoon--Muscle Milk

Post Workout CytoGainer

PreBed--Evopro

Muscle Milk has some great flavors and Lean Dessert is pretty strong as well. Evopro is good in the Fuji Apple flavor.

do u think its important to switch up your protein type consumption throughtout the year?

No not really. But bear in mind that Whey isolate gets absorbed and processed very quickly (30 minutes or so), whey concentrate a little slower, and proteins like caseinate and egg protein even slower.

For that reason whey is good early in the morning and right after workout when your muscles are starved for protein. But proteins like caseinate and egg are good before bedtime because they digest much slower into the night as you sleep.
