silverbull Posted November 20 Report Share Posted November 20 it was both fun adn scary for me. Experimenting with all types of flexibility and positions was the fun part. The hard part was seeing it and the thoughts in my mind of man this looks wierd and painful adn dangerous. But after about 6 or 7 times it doesnt phase ya (me) anymore.
