one shouldn't take it personally if one's friend doesn't like to chat on the phone and only likes to talk in person. some people simply aren't "phone people."

i had a friend who i was hesitant to call just to quickly make plans or whatever because he'd always turn it into a 2 hour conversation. I dont mind being on the phone for a little while but I get "sore ear" from being on too long. I hate when your on the phone and have nothing to really say but wish you did to keep the conversation interesting.

I hate it when you call a friend and all they talk about is themselves and never even ask how you are doing....

or when they do ask and you try to answer , they turn around and start another story about themselves...

that does suck, but it bothers me, too, when people only wanna hear about me and don't want to share anything about their own lives = selves.

i hate it when a friend that doesnt like to talk on the phone texts you like 20 times when it's about someting you could have easily resolved in 5 minutes on the phone.
