If you told those people you wanted a "carb-friendly" beer, they'd seriously laugh in your face.Asking for carb-friendly beer is like asking for pasta w/out the sauce!And i think people who drink low carb beer for "health reasons" are ridiculous. They just want the effect of beer to hit them rather than enjoy it.
