HAZE Posted January 11 Report Share Posted January 11 I have Cablevision and I just upgraded from io to the io DVR (Digital Video Recorder). It's like a Tivo, but better. You can watch something while recording 2 other things all at the same time.They're coming Monday to install it.For some strange reason, there's NOTHING on the Cablevision website about it. dgmodel Posted January 11 Report Share Posted January 11 one of my friends had this for some time and he swears up and down by it... tries to get everyone to sign up for it... but if its half as good as he says it is i guess its worth it... im a bigger fan of ondemand as opposed to dvr/tivo... majinbuu Posted January 12 Report Share Posted January 12 the dvr for cablevision sux....you'll find that it doesnt record shows u programed to record....it has bugs that drive me insane! like how i can't get mine back to live tv with out turning off the whole box. tivo is way better and reliable...i have had both.it sux i am stuck with this piece of shit cablevision dvr.....
