weyes Posted January 12 Report Share Posted January 12 my mom has come out here to visit me a lot of times over the years, so we've done most of the standard things, like the getty, the la brea tar pits, and disneyland (though we always go to disneyland and will again this time 'round!). i need some new things for us to do and some places for us to eat that you think are particularly special (and not too pricey!). also, i live in the city of orange, so going up to l.a. just for dinner wouldn't be worth it just to go to pink's or roscoe's chicken and waffles; we'd only go to a place like that if were doing something that day around there.help !!!
