braciole
My connection has been really slow the last week, I called them up to see if there was anything wrong and they said - They intentionally slowed me down because of too much activity on my computer and they have to call me back tommorow to speak to me about it. Has anyone ever heard of this before??

Teknojunkee
No...that sounds like complete and utter bullshit.Im transfering things back and forth all day. My computer never stops. Its always the same speed unless you have like 10 things going out at once.Your paying for FULL SERVICE. If they are going to intentionally slow you down you should be receiving $$ back.
