Diet Update - Week 6

Ok so i started this diet and ive been keeping to it pretty well with the occasional cheat day here and there but not more than once a week.

Oatmeal, Special K, or Egg Beaters for breakfast, a banana for midmorning snack, chicken/tuna or salad for lunch and chicken with red potatoes or a sweet potato for dinner. Snacks thrown in too, like pretzels or apple wedges.

My roommate decided to join Weight Watchers so i said what the hell, ill join too. Our first day we got NASTY looks from everyone there so we didn't stay for the little meeting they do. (Contrary to popular belief, im not a tub of lard and neither is she.)

So far I've lost 8 1/2 pounds even though i haven't been able to make it to the gym on a regular basis.
