Three :

Three - Hallucination Limited, Shaboom (Second-Hand Satellites)

Armed with a sound that borrows equally from vintage acid-house, soulful techno and modern dub Three's taken it one step further year after year from San Fran's legendary Wicked Crew party, NYC's Twilo, London's Fabric and back again. Echoing his wide tastes as a DJ, his modest production output (Second-Hand Satellites, Three A.M., Montage Men) has captured a not-so-common cross section of dance floors from house to techno, and all points in between.

Last year, the Hallucination Limited imprint was launched to turn his genre-bending passion for good music into a platform for other like-minded artists. From veterans like Terry Francis to new faces Soulrider and Reverse Commuter the response has been nothing short of outstanding. With the label off and running, 2004 puts the focus back on himself both in the studio and where he's most at home - behind the decks.

Sean Cusick :

Sean Cusick's definitive blend of sexy house and techno has firmly established him as a globally recognized dj and producer. His unique range of music has put him more and more in demand, placing him behind the decks from Tokyo to Prague.

He works under a variety of production names and guises, doing the "Multiple Mirrors e.p." as the Second Hand Satellites with DJ Three on Hallucination/Shaboom, Freelance Icebreakers with Jimmy Van M doing a variety of remixes throughout the last several years, a productive working relationship with Medway doing "Columns of Clouds" for Saw Recordings and an ongoing production partnership with the Viscous/EMP label out of Manchester being well on his way towards completing an artist's album. Recently John Digweed used "Of Course" for his MMII mix cd and subsequently signed the track to his Bedrock label under the name Sean Q6.

Sean has also started writing a monthly column for xpander, the online magazine. You can find his articles posted at www.xpander.nl. Sean's unique brand of scathing humor and "shoot from the hip" attitude can't keep him from being noticed.

Whether compiling a radio mix for Digweed's weekly Kiss FM show, or layering intoxicating beats and psychedelic funkiness for a crowd, Sean Cusick is one to watch and hear.
