back2basics Posted November 30 Report Share Posted November 30 Ok I am still waiting on the Spanish agencies, but I got a call last night from a company in LA.Here's what we have so far.He can supply us the required number of villa's, which will range in price between 3350 & 3500. We will all have pools and the villa's will have 4 bedrooms. So we will be looking at $400 for accommodation with this company. The Spanish companies are cheaper so I am going to continue down that route as well. But we are still going to be coming in around $1000.I think we could save around $1000 with the Spanish companies (which we could kill an army with on Ibiza ).The way it works is we will need to give the 1/3 deposit and the balance 8 weeks before the travel date.He is sending example properties (which I will scan and post) and when we can give them final numbers they will find the right amount of villa's close to each other.Ok the next thing I am going to do is get in touch with some airlines. If we are booking quiet a few flights from NY we should get a group discount on that.So can I just confirm number again, to make sure we have no change.Thanks.
