weyes Posted June 22 Report Share Posted June 22 when acquiring a pet, one should consider one's neighbors. if the pet is noisy, one may become the hated person on the block/in the building, or one may lose the pet due to complaints to management, which'll defeat the purpose, anyway. it is noisy and messy pets that make houses/apartments/condos prohibit pets; one shouldn't be one of the owners that ruins it for all of the responsible pet owners!tune in tomorrow.
