weyes Posted August 11 Report Share Posted August 11 when a co-worker causes someone to feel uncomfortable by repeatedly discussing inappropriate topics (political, religious, discriminatory, etc.), one should first tell his/her co-worker that it is bothersome . then, if the behavior continues, one shouldn't feel bad about taking one's complaint to a higher authority.tune in tomorrow.
