weyes Posted August 30 Report Share Posted August 30 the tech support and customer service worlds aren't entirely 24-7. one should try to make as many calls as possible during regular hours. o, and some companies still run on eastern time. if one really has to get something fixed, the early bird catches the worm !!!tune in tomorrow.
