weyes Posted September 2 Report Share Posted September 2 if one has problems waking up in the morning and really needs to make sure that s/he wakes up on time, one has to come up with a plan that really works. putting the alarm across the room can do it, leaving the blinds open, and one can even ask a friend for a wake-up-call on certain, more important days.tune in tomorrow.
