weyes
while one may feel angry at one's co-workers for doing (or not doing) certain things when the boss isn't around, such as not showing up, talking on the phone all day, taking breaks every 20 minutes, etc., one should first approach one's co-worker and tell him/her how much s/he is bothered. sometimes people don't even realize that they're affecting their co-workers and just need to be told. they'll appreciate it, too, 'cause it's much better than being written up by management.tune in tomorrow.
