weyes Posted September 9 Report Share Posted September 9 one can sometimes still get service on a warranty that's expired or exchange something that one has owned for longer than the time alotted if one is very nice to the store/broker/whatever from which one purchased an item. it's the old rule of "you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar," and it got weyes' air conditioning, loose window, and stuck trunk lock on her civic all fixed free .tune in tomorrow.
