weyes Posted September 24 Author Report Share Posted September 24 yeah - i hate it when teams change their logos/uniforms. it's all just a marketing ploy so that people will buy the new gear. the angels have changed their stuff quite a few times in the last 15 years or so, and now this new bullshit of calling them the "los angeles angels of anaheim" has everyone pissed off . it pisses off l.a., anaheim, and even most of the players; the only person who liked the idea is the owner. the way they kept people buying the new gear after that change was to have it all printed up just as "angels," with no city on it whatsoever. it's amazing how many fans are decked out in red at the games, though; it's a sea of red in the stadium .
