weyes Posted October 3 Report Share Posted October 3 it seems pretty straightforward, but a lot of people don't follow this one. when on a diet, a great help is to simply not eat when not hungry. failing that, one can munch on things like sugar snap peas (i can't get enough of them), which, although they happen to have little nutritional value, also have no unhealthy qualities.tune in tomorrow.
