The report says no more than 12 young offenders are serving life without parole in the rest of the world, where the punishment is largely outlawed. DETROIT Posted October 12 Author Report Share Posted October 12 lmao......a childs mind is not nearly as developed as an adults....thats why when kids do things, they are charged as juveniles....why is murder an exception?Does the justice system think that when a kid murders someone his brain is developed, but when he steals or fights, his brain has not developed? If someone in my family was murdered by some "kid" - I'd go for the death penalty, no matter the age. Then again, I'd probably bash the fucker with a lead pipe myself... I'm sure the tune will change when it's your own loved one who is killed (be it by a teenager or an adult). I think the whole "child" thing is misleading.
