First off, We'd want to thank all the younger new talent coming up. It is embarassing how good some off these guys are. Make us wanna go home and practice mixing. Seriously, everyone did an amazing job and It will not be the last time we see them behind the decks at bump for sure. Thank You to all the New Jackers... DJ Vox, George Cassello, Manny Torres, Mark Deep, and Tommy P

We would also like to announce and introduce (to some) the newest member of bump and the Marz Entertainment crew... ROLLAND ESS. We are constantly on the look out for the most talented DJs that share the same vision and lust for House Music as us at Marz. Rolland is no exception! With over 7 years of mixing under his belt, Mr. Ess has been hiding in the back of clubs and parties obsorbing everything that is house. He has got talent that can only be equalled by his passion for House. Making a splash on the local scene with his Steppin Up mix, Rolland has proven he has what it takes to move forward and upward, and we are glad he is aboard.

We began the New Year introducing some great new talent in Boston. Now we transition to some slightly more fimiliar names, to a absolute Legend in House Music.

Justin Long, one of Chicago’s house music pioneers, began DJing at the young age of 15. His early musical influences ranged from Joy Division and Depeche Mode to the Sex Pistols. In 1988, Justin discovered house music on WBMX radio, which directed him into the world of house music where he has helped shape the Chicago House sound into what it is today.

During the past 14 years, Justin has accomplished more than most could imagine in the house music industry. In the early 90’s, Justin began DJing at underground events throughout the Midwest with the likes of Derrick Carter, Cajmere and Traxx. Soon thereafter, more gigs followed and Justin’s name became synonymous with Chicago House music. In 1999, Justin was the founding DJ on Chicago’s Q101 Sonic Boom Radio; one of the longest running mix shows in the United States. Sonic Boom airs every Saturday night with a listening audience well over 70,000 people.

In the studio, Justin is working closely with Dan X under the moniker "No Assembly Firm". Together, Justin and Dan have completed over two dozen projects including original and remix work for highly acclaimed record labels such as Classic, Music For Freaks, Aroma, Cajual, Robsoul, Doubledown, Greens Keepers Music and many more. Justin and Dan perform together frequently, headlining venues across the globe. These sounds and performances have captured a cult following and can be heard in regular rotation worldwide on "The Move" on XM radio.

Along with performing and producing, Justin works in conjunction with 20:20 Vision to run his own record label, .Dotbleep Recordings which features artists such as: Natural Rhythm, Lavish Habits and Miles Maeda. In it’s early stages, .Dotbleep has drawn quite a bit of attention and looks to follow it’s Chicago successors, Cajual and Classic.

Justin continues to push the boundaries of house music, while constantly refining himself as an artist.
