I tried resetting it(switch the hold on and off & holding the menu and center button) but still no good. I also tried pluggin my USB plug in it still no good. HELP! =( Thanks In Advancehave you charged it?... that should be the only reason... do you have an apple? you may have deleted the files by accident... but you would only see the menu with no items if that be the case, not a sad face... lucky13 Posted January 17 Report Share Posted January 17 You may need to restore your iPod if it does not appear in the Source list in iTunes or on your computer's desktop, or if an exclamation point and folder icon, or sad or "unhappy" iPod icon appears on the screen.
