danihawk Posted July 20 Report Share Posted July 20 they play hip-hop and reggaeton pretty much everywhere in Philly, but I don't know how many parties are 18+. It used to be 17+ @ Shampoo on Sundays and Egypt on Wednesdays (but I don't know if Egypt is even open anymore). You might also want to try Top Dog in Cherry Hill, it is lame in my opinion but a lot of people from Philly love it. The downstairs is a bar and the upstairs is like a club.
