cpnews Posted September 8 Report Share Posted September 8 If any of you braved Publix last week to prepare for the non-event known as Ernesto, you may have experienced what we did -- a cracked-out cross between Cabbage Patch Doll frenzy circa 1984 and Depression-era rationing in which people were physically entwined over the last packets of tuna and the sole can of sardines. And then there were the lines. We haven't seen lines like that since the Studio 54 days -- or so we've heard.
