weyes Posted November 8 Report Share Posted November 8 proposition 86, which would've slapped a $2.60 tax per pack of cigs didn't pass. disregarding where the money would've gone, y'all don't have to pay more for the things. those who voted, give yourselves a pat on the back. those who didn't, you'd better appreciate those who made this possible. personally, i didn't vote on that proposition; it was the only one on which i took no stand.but if you smoke a pack a day, the voters saved you $949/year. next year, you'd better get your ass out there and vote.
