weyes Posted January 3 Report Share Posted January 3 while new year's resolutions are a nice idea, it isn't necessary that they be committments to a cause or activity that one doesn't like; the original point of the practice was to do something for someone's benefit, not to do something unpleasant. as long as one is trying to do something for own's one good or for the good of others, one can resolve to enjoy oneself at the same time !tune in tomorrow.
