lalate Posted January 5 Report Share Posted January 5 My favorite night to party in LA lately is Sunday... because the party starts at noon lol.... you can be at four venues between 2 pm and 9pm and have hit packed houses while only driving a few miles. Most of the lunch-oriented or sports-oriented bars in Silverlake to Hollywood do incredible business from about 11 am to 3 pm... sometimes more packed (and people more drunk) than the night before ... after that, you can crawl to a group of neighbor watering holes on melrose / fairfax area that do great business with hot girls taking a breather from shopping ... or pop into one of the patio promoted lounges doing their house music thing (not all the time, like H Canteen), and then you can kick it back to Hollywood, Sunset Strip area for early evening and everything is packed. Some reason, the vibe is better, more frlendly-- assumedly becuase Sunday doesnt have that hookup reputation that a Fri or Sat night does..... but needless to say, Sundays are just as slutty if you want them to be, and the music sometimes just as good.
