It's a longshot but It is fairly popular so someone might recognize. I can't remember any of the lyrics but the chorus beat has a whistle type sound that repeats over and over. Actually I looked up this song after your post, and apparently it is similar to the one I was looking for.... which I found out is called: "World Hold On" by Bob Sinclair as well.
