weyes Posted October 3 Report Share Posted October 3 a tip for the ladies: when bra shopping, a good way to tell if a bra is supportive enough is to jump up and down while wearing it . i know it sounds silly, but if the bra moves around too much or if you fall out of the bra too much, the bra isn't practical for general wear. of course, if you just want something pretty for non-walking/-running situations , this shopping technique can be skipped .tune in tomorrow.
