godslze Posted August 24 Report Share Posted August 24 I believe a more accurate statement is the world hates Americans. Anti-America sentiment can be found anywhere on the globe. It is fairly reasonable, as everything is becoming American-ized. McDonald's, Coca-Cola, movies, etc. Countries need some sort of America backlash to protect their national identities. The French are very protective of their idea of a French nation (nation meaning identity of group.) Every year they have a committee which meets to decide what words will be put into the dictionary.
