weyes Posted November 26 Report Share Posted November 26 my internet at home was down all last week. i generally do all my computer work at work 'cause my internet freezes every third screen at home and often just doesn't work at all. still i pay $40/month for it. it's connected to my cable service (time warner), which is just easy and one less bill to have to deal w/ every month.but on fri. i wanted to buy a movie ticket online (and it would've been nice to post the fuckin' column last week; i hate when i can't!), so i had to call their tech support people. they couldn't help me, and they have to send out a person tomorrow. the time warner people have been out to my place at LEAST 10 times, and i'm sick of not having service and having to wait for them. and it's too expensive for such piece-of-shit non-service !!!!!!!!!can any of y'all recommend a fast (dsl or cable or whatever) isp that works, unlike time warner?
