weyes Posted January 8 Report Share Posted January 8 even just doing a few push-ups, crunches, etc. is better than nothing. fitting in whatever one can is great; one shouldn't not exercise just 'cause s/he doesn't have time for an intense hour-long session .tune in tomorrow.
