weyes Posted May 23 Report Share Posted May 23 a lot of people just nod or say, "yes" when they don't understand someone due to a language barrier. this can be dangerous, though, in business, social, and mercantile situations. one can volunteer oneself to do things without knowing it, insult someone, or buy the wrong thing, all just by being afraid to admit s/he doesn't understand someone and/or by trying to seem agreeable.tune in tomorrow.
