weyes Posted June 4 Report Share Posted June 4 letting go of an ex can just get harder when one doesn't let go of things s/he has left behind, such as clothes, or gifts s/he has given. some more practical people can separate the objects from the memories and like to make use of the items, but most people tend to find it easier to detach from someone when they have physically separated themselves from all things that serve as reminders.tune in tomorrow.
