weyes Posted June 14 Report Share Posted June 14 if one needs to return something to a store but doesn't have the receipt and it's the store's policy that one must have it, or if it's a day past the 30 days, or any of the other conditions isn't met, it's worth trying returning the item anyway. the store may let customers at least exchange items if they don't meet these conditions, or, if one talks to the manager, something can be worked out. it can also help a great deal to just be really nice, but, then again, that helps with a lot of situations .tune in tomorrow.
