weyes
asking a co-worker about how to do anything procedural (i.e. fill in forms, request vacation, etc.), what benefits one has, how payscales work, when one gets raises, or anything of that nature that's actually important, is risky. if one needs real facts or cannot afford mistakes, s/he should only ask people in charge, such as payroll, h.r., and the benefits department. it sucks when trusting the co-worker who has been at the company for 15 years ends up in a mistake that costs one money .tune in tomorrow.
