weyes Posted July 3 Report Share Posted July 3 if, when working out, one feels that s/he has pulled/twisted/otherwise hurt something, it is best not to work through it, but to do the natural thing and stop. further aggravating an injury doesn't make a person look cool or save face in front of others at the gym; listening to one's body makes one smart. and, of course, common sense dictates that it is also better to attend to a problem instead of ignoring or worsening it.tune in tomorrow.
