weyes Posted July 8 Report Share Posted July 8 almost everyone has probably lost the little ticket one receives when entering a parking structure at least once. i couldn't find mine once and had to pay a crazy amount of money ($18, if i recall correctly, when i had only been at the place for about $4 worth of time) for the "lost ticket" price, only to find it later under my seat. my plan of attack from then on was always to put the ticket in the armrest compartment inbetween my front seats. i changed about a year ago, though, when a bunch of places i had been to validated parking. now, to make sure i don't miss validation opportunities, i always put it in the money compartment of my purse to bring it with me - not on the outside pocket of my bag or the top of it or whatever's convenient. [to men, i recommend putting it in the billfold of one's wallet.] when the ticket is touching one's money, it's right where s/he needs it, when s/he needs it .tune in tomorrow.
