Kissy Sell Out debut album 'Youth'

Kissy Sell Out is a DJ, producer and graphic designer from Colchester, Essex who emerged from the MySpace generation of cool nerds and sonic visionaries. Renowned for his eccentric electro productions and energetic DJ style Kissy is now one of the hottest club DJs, producers and remixers with Mixmag describing him as "one of the most exciting, charismatic and entertaining DJs of the decade" . If that wasn't enough, Kissy runs his own label called San City High and has a weekly radio show on BBC Radio 1 every Thursday night bringing listeners the best in jump up rock and rave.

With a string of successful singles already under his belt ('Her' and 'Rikkalicious' to name a few) Kissy is now ready to unleash his debut album 'Youth'. Featuring 11 tracks- inspired by his early years and misdemeanours - Kissy takes you on a journey through his childhood memories, with influences from Gary Newman, Scritti Politti, Simple Minds, Sonic Youth and Armand Van Helden to excite you.

Says Kissy "One of the reasons I felt so passionate writing about childhood memories is that I hoped that others would be reminded of similar experiences in their own lives while listening to the album. Seeing people dancing to my music is an amazing feeling because it is like I have suddenly made a new set of friends who I have something in common with."

Stylistically, Kissy is both a visionary and a pioneering artist. Beautiful melodic strings and synths combine perfectly with heavy basslines to create a sonically exciting debut.
