As a founding member of Go Ventures (which continues to provide the largest electronic dance festivals, boasting well over 40,000 people at each event), Herick was one of the first DJ's to spearhead the electronic dance movement or "rave" scene in the late 80's, early 90's. He was the exclusive Los Angeles DJ to serve as a resident at the famed Bananas nightclub in Ensenada during the peak of their success, with legendary 12-hour sets that rocked party-goers from all over the world.
